Founder and Managing Director
Ms. Jo G. Barbosa,CFE is the Founder /
Managing Director of FrandBrand Solutions a
dynamic company composed of a team of
experts in providing strategic, creative and cost
effective solutions to maximize the potential of
start-up companies and homegrown franchise
brands.
As a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), she has over 25 years of working
experience in franchising and business development strategy. Jo has been a
Consultant for various companies in franchise, retail, restaurant, beauty and
wellness, education, manufacturing, logistics and other service industry. She is
also an advocate and a Go Negosyo Mentor helping our MSME’s in their
entrepreneurial journey.
Currently, she is now working with international brands such as the Potato
Corner Group and Off the Hook Seafood Restaurant which is based in the United
Arab Emirates.
Jo assists homegrown companies in scaling up their businesses and becoming
franchisors. She provides various services in developing retail and operating
systems, process documentations, operations manuals and training programs,
franchisor marketing, expansion strategies, site selection and development,
franchisee recruitment, franchisee relations, corporate structuring, corporate law,
and the strategic restructuring of established franchisors.
ANGIE DE GUZMAN-ESTABILLO
CORPORATE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Ms. Anggie De Guzman- Estabillo also is
FrandBrand’s Head Consultant for Financial
Systems Management that assists our clients in
assessing and planning their resources to
support their growth and safeguard their assets
to reach their level of scalability.
She gained her experience and discipline working in the Finance and Accounting
field for renowned Japanese firms such as
TriCom Philippines, Inc.
and NEC Philippines, Inc. for 25 years and her vast knowledge in this area is
shown through her exemplary portfolio of more than 100 companies from
different industries such as distribution, retail, restaurant chains, information
technology, beauty and wellness and other service related businesses.
As an expert in the field of Accounting, she shared her knowledge and passion
with her community as a College instructor in Basic Accounting in earlier
years.She is also a holder of a National Certificate III in Bookkeeping from the
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
Recently, she worked with Pinnacle Sources Global Consultancy Inc., with 80
active clients where she was responsible for effectively planning and organizing
business transactions, reviewing and approving statutory contributions, and
maintains financial security. Above all, she has the unique ability to work
independently and in a team environment.
As a wife and a mother, Anggie’s nurturing communication with strong
interpersonal skills has proven her ability to work well and interact with
individuals at all levels; very detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively; she
is hardworking and can work well under pressure.
Anggie earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce Majoring in Accounting
from Far Eastern University with the honors of CUM Laude and an Academic
Scholar.
CELINE FABIAN-TAMAYO, MBA, CLDP
ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING
As a member of FrandBrand Solutions, Celine
assists companies in the areas of systems
enhancement, operations management, people
development, customer service, and of course,
learning and development. Earlier in her career,
she worked as a barista, assistant manager of a
restaurant and part-time college instructor.
At 25, she was the youngest member of Ineng’s Special BBQ’s management
committee where she held the position of Training & Development Manager.
Her contributions to the organization include:
Enhanced the Management Development Program making it aligned
to the leadership and industry needs.
Created a system for the organization’s performance management
defining what each position is accountable for and measuring what
matters.
Celine also worked with Zark’s Burgers as a Training & Quality Manager Her
contributions to the organization include:
Created the Front of the House and Back of the House manuals as the
basis of standards in running both areas of the restaurant.
Restructured the Training & Quality department for organization of
duties and responsibilities and to attain goals through activities that
would measure what matters.
Celine has earned the designation of Certified Learning and Development
Professional by the Global Skills Development Council in August 2021. It was in
2019 when she earned her Master in Business Administration specializing in
Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines. She studied Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant
Management at Far Eastern University where she was awarded Magna cum
Laude.
