Chef Joel Steward is the Executive Chef and Co Founder of Okane Ventures
Corp., with over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry.

His career includes roles as Executive Chef at Magsaysay Food and Beverage, Executive Chef/Advisor at 3M Pizza and its commissary, and Founder/Executive Chef of Manna & Manna Commissary in the Philippines. Chef Steward also trained at Le Cordon Bleu, specializing in cuisine and patisserie, and gained experience at renowned establishments including Tetsuya’s (Sydney), Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, and various restaurants
in Hong Kong and Manila, such as Trattoria Italiana and Colombo Curry House.
